Can you answer smsmpr’s question about Ginseng?:

Ive heard about the benefits of Ginseng and id like to give it a try, theres nothing to lose.. but im wondering if liquid capsules are as good quality and effective as the whole root { since in my island i cant really obtain the fresh root} only the supplements. Could they be filled with other things rather than water and root extract? are they dangerous? what should i do?
