Has any one tried a product called “Pain Relief Granular”? It is a Chinese remedy tea. It is not a tea bag but is ground up herbs of which you add hot water and drink. It claims to relief pain. It is a formula developed at the Southern Shoaling Temple in China and the recipe is handed down from Mr. Qu Huan-zhang’s ancestors.

Can you answer Samantha’s question about Ginseng?:

There is a herb in the chinese medicine and it is like a branch but when it is put in the hot water it becomes a leaf, a green leaf and one could put one of them in a 3lt water and drink it. I heard that it is good for heart health etc. And it was sacred in China so then one should not throw the leaf, but eat it. What is the name of this herb?
