Acupuncture is one of the traditional Chinese medicines. This method has been in existence for more than three thousand years ago. This came from China. This is based on the complex theory being studied about the energy flow in the body. According to the studies made, all the energy in the body has to flow thoroughly all over the body. According to the study, there are certain places in the body where energy stuck. This makes us feel sick.
The traditional Chinese medicine practitioners locate where energy is being stuck in the body. Acupuncture is done by inserting a sterile needle to the point where the energy is stuck. The acupuncture points are along the lines of energy flows, called the meridians. This acupuncture is used to stimulate the flow of energy.
Other treatments of the traditional Chinese medicines involve drinking herbal medicines. There are also other herbal formulas used to heal sickness. Acupuncture is still considered effective in the modern days.

Effective Fibromyalgia Chinese Herbs Treatment Options
March 2, 2010 by Ginseng Reviews and Tips
Filed under Chinese Herbs
Medical doctors have very few options when trying to treat Fibromyalgia. This is because it is often skipped over, or the complaints of the patients are not taken seriously. There is little that can be done in the way of medications, though some like to prescribe sleeping pills, pain pills, anti-depressants, or arthritic medications. These can work with varying degrees of success for some patients, but not everyone will find relief. This is when it’s useful to turn to other sources for help, and Chinese herbs may be just what you have been looking for.
Chinese medicine usually first concentrates on helping the overall well-being of a patient. It is believed that by helping the body to boost the immune system, the body can then do some self-healing.
Most medical doctors try to heal just one thing at a time, and it often works well, but in the case of Fibromyalgia, it might help to first concentrate on any auto-immune deficiencies that might be present. They would then treat the various systems of the body that are problematic for people with this condition. This might include the lungs, liver, and muscular system, just to name a few.
Because there are so many different variables when it comes to treating a patient with Fibromyalgia, there really is no list of Chinese herbs that will work for everyone. A practitioner must evaluate the history of the patient, and will need to know much more than what their symptoms are and how long they have had them. They will want to have a life-long medical history of not only the physical body, but the emotional and spiritual part as well. Only when these have been recorded can a true treatment with these herbs begin, and it is often used in conjunction with acupuncture treatments.
It is always a good idea to see someone who practices Chinese medicine before taking any type of herb on your own. You want to be under the care of your medical doctor as well. Some Fibromyalgia Chinese herbs can interact with prescription medications, and the side effects of this could be dangerous. Always let your medical doctor know what you are doing and whom you are seeing for treatment. Though Fibromyalgia Chinese herbs can be an effective alternative form of medicine, they are also very powerful, and it is always a good idea to have someone watching over your treatments from both ends of the spectrum.

Fermented Red Korean Ginseng: A Natural Remedy for Almost Everything that Ails You

Red Korean Ginseng has been an important herbal remedy in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years, where it has generally been used to treat weakness and fatigue. Its powerful effects have also attracted the interest of modern scientists, making it the most highly researched type of ginseng. Research shows that Red Korean Ginseng helps with a wide variety of problems, including improving sexual arousal, performance and satisfaction; strengthening the immune system, reducing viral and bacterial infections; effectively relieving fatigue and other issues associated with menopause; relieving stress; balancing hormone levels; and even preventing some types of cancer.
Red Korean Ginseng delivers an all-natural solution to any dysfunction, helping men to get sexually aroused. In one scientific study with men with ere-le dysfunction, taking Red Korean Ginseng improved their er-le function, sexual desire and intercourse satisfaction.
But Red Korean Ginseng is not just for men. It is also recommended for post-menopausal women who suffer from fatigue, depression, and/or insomnia caused by hormonal imbalances. Taking Red Korean Ginseng has been shown to increase blood flow, which among other things, reduces blood pressure and increases energy.
Numerous other studies have shown that Red Korean Ginseng stimulates the immune system to protect the body from the flu and other viruses. A study of healthy people showed that taking Red Korean Ginseng daily can improve how well the flu vaccine works and reduces a person’s risk of catching a cold.
Red Korean Ginseng also has anti-cancer effects. In a scientific study with people over the age of 40, the risk of cancer was shown to be lower in those who take ginseng.
All of these powerful effects come from chemicals called ginsenosides found in the Red Korean Ginseng. Ginsenosides, however, are absorbed only after being broken down by microorganisms residing in the intestine. Absorption of ginsenosides can be greatly enhanced by taking fermented ginseng instead of regular ginseng. Fermenting ginseng concentrates the ginsenoside compounds and makes the ginsenosides more easily absorbed from the intestines thus maximizing the benefits of ginseng. Fermenting ginseng actually increases its potency. Our patented methods for fermenting and activating ginsenoside results in a product that is an industry benchmark.
Fermented Ginseng posses all of the properties that are found in Red Korean Ginseng, but it even has more benefits. Many active ingredients that are present in plants are linked to sugars as like polymers resulting in big size and inefficient absorption into our bodies. During fermentation, bifidobacterium breakdown these sugars and their energy source which results in smaller size, easier absorption, higher biological effects, and becomes less toxic. The process of fermentation increases absorption, reduces toxins, and also increases antioxidants and anti-aging properties.
Bifidobacterium is used in Fermented Ginseng due to its many benefits. This includes prevention of diarrhea and constipation, reduction of serum cholesterol, improvement of lactose intolerance, digestion, anti –tumor properties, tamin synthesis of B2, B6 and B12, and the suppression of pathogens.
Fermented Red Korean Ginseng is one of the most powerful defenses against whatever life throws at you. Wholeherbal.com is the only site that Red Fermented Ginseng can be found. Order from us (Product ID: 133) to get this high quality supplement at an affordable price, which is hard to find.

I was wondering if anyone knew some herbs that were good for damp heat, especially ones that are good for acne, and maybe blood stagnation in the face.
If anyone knows some information about this I would really appreciate some comments! Thanks.
