Whats a good brain supplement?

Can you answer floozie’s question about Ginseng?:

My brain tends to shut down at about four o’clock in the aftermoon, and when I say shut down, I mean it turns into complete cotton wool.

I hate drinking coffee and energy drinks because they’re so bad for you, so does anyone know of any good supplements/foods that can help boost brain activity?

When I do go for an energy drink, I’d usually go for this one which has ginseng in it cause it seems to work the best, has anyone any experience taking ginseng as a supplement?

Ginseng Feedback: I’ve heard that Ginko Biloba is suppose to help with memory and increase blood flow to the brain. Don’t know if this it true but there has been a lot of talk about this herbal supplement.

    Ginseng Feedback: Homeopathic Treatment :-
Take SULFUR 200C just one dose per day first thing in the morning with nothing to eat half hour before and after taking it. Take it for three days and follow it up with KALI PHOS 30C thrice a day half hour before or after meals and report back with your symptoms after one week of using these remedies.
Take Care and God Bless you !

Ginseng Feedback: Take a high-potency vitamin with lotsa antioxidants and find a brain health supplement that contains as many of these brain health nutrients as possible: Acetyl-L Carnitine, DHA, Phosphatidylserine, Choline, Ginkgo Biloba, L-Glutamine, L-Pyroglutamic acid, L-Tyrosine. They really spark up the brain.
