Wondering if these vitamins cause jitters?

Can you answer Faith’s question about Ginseng?:

I’m really sensative to anything that says “increases energy” but I just got this free 30 day sample of these vitamins called “Good Days” that are supposed to be healthy for body and mind.

Do any of these cause people to be jittery:

panax ginseng, rhodiola rosea, astragalus, and wild ujube & cordyceps, as well as the omega-3 with EPA and DHA.

Ginseng Feedback: The ginseng possibly could, depending on your sensitivity. I would give it a try and if it winds you up, stop taking them. Also, if you have such problems, you may want to consider Valerian root or St. John’s Wort to help keep you “unwound.”
