   Ginseng Feedback: Ginseng is not regulated by the FDA as it falls under the food/dietary supplement. It claims to be a mental stimulant that enhances memory. Studies show that it does indeed have physiological effects in the body as a minor vasodilator, but the claim about memory improvement has been proven false.
