Ginseng Feedback: couple of days to really feel the full effects
Ginseng Feedback: Considering the Placibo effect, whenever you fool yourself into thinking ginseng actually causes a change in how you feel.

GINSENG works immediately! It’s a tonic for energy. This means that it balances out energy. It will increase blood pressure in small amounts and higher amounts lower blood pressure, but Korean Ginseng seams to be too strong for women’s hormones. American ginseng and Don Quai is focused for women and Damiana is an aphrodisiac for women.
BTW giinseng competes for absorption with vitamin c and IS NOT for those with high blood pressure or hypoglycemai because it helps you keep glycogen in muscle tissue and lowers blood sugar. Note: DON’T use it for diabetes unless you get professional help..
If “Naked adventurer” wants a debate I welcome it anytime!
wiz23 is a little out there. It takes 30 days at least and MUST be of good grade and not over processed.
O.K. Tyler, u have no idea what your talking about and still yet, you take cheap shots on WIZ.
I have used panax ginseng on and off for a long time, so I know exactly what it does. The effect is almost immediate. Wiz is absolutely correct.
You shouldn’t stay on panax for more than a few weeks.
Like I said, Wiz has it wrong.
