weight room supplements?

My friend recommended a list of supplements to improve results from the weight room. I am only in high school and do not wish to jeopardize my growth (or any other health factors). Along with the whey concentrate shake I take, he strongly recommends papaya enzyme tablets, maltodextrin and dextrose supplements, and BCAA supplements. He also mentioned creatine, L-glutamine supplements, NO2, ginseng supplements, vitamin C and B supplements, and ZMA might be worth looking into. Are any of these supplements dangerous? Would any supplements have significant benefits? Also, is there any danger of stunting my growth due to weight-lifting?

Ginseng Feedback: ehh… thats a lot of sht man, not to mention a LOT of money. Weight lifting itself will not stunt your growth, and I don’t think any of the stuff you’re considering are bad. I’m not familiar with ZMA or BCAA, but the rest might be alright. I’ve heard L-Glutamine has effect similar to HGH, which is no good. I would be hesitant to start all this stuff. Just eat right and hard work, thats the best way. The only stuff I’ve used was whey protein and creatine, both are very safe. Whereever you have to buy all this (GNC maybe) will be very knowledgable. Or, go to a bodybuilding site and ask there.
Ginseng Feedback: u dont need all of that. BCAA’s are in protein shake(not as much but sufficient). get some whey protein isolate though(optimum nutrition gold standard 100%whey) creatine is a very good supplement(recommend pure creatine monohydrate from GNC mixed with protein shake and maybe 30g of dextrose or jus some source of sugar like juice) dont need vitammin C,b,papaya,or ginseng. just take a multivitamin(gnc megamen, optimen, multipro32x, or my favorite animal pak) NO2 would be the next thing id look into. NOexplode,nitrix,superpump250 are all really good. i don know much about zma but i have heard some good reviews, try it if u r interested. none of this will stunt growth. cycle 2 months on 1 month off for NO and creatine though.
