Will these supplements help me boost my testosterone naturally?

I am currently taking 50mg of zinc, 600mg of panax ginseng root extract, B-Complex vitamins, 300 mg Omega-3’s fish oil, 250 mg of Magnesium, 200 IU of vitamin E, 500mg of Stinging Nettle, and a multivitamin DAILY. Will this naturally boost my testosterone and my metabolism? Is this too much to be taking? I am eating lots of protein and vegetables.
Thanks!

Ginseng Feedback: protein shakes bro
Ginseng Feedback: Testosterone, no… Metabolism, yes.
No, that’s not too much by any means, in fact, some of them are a bit low, but still in good levels… although you may want to watch out on the Zinc levels because some people can handle higher amounts like that and some can’t (where it can build up to toxic levels if your body can’t use all of it). It’s very good to eat lots of protein and veggies, too.
Of course, protein doesn’t do a thing to your Testosterone, but exercise can. Exercise is the best (mostly the safest) natural option for increasing Testosterone, especially if it’s good leg exercises (squats are really good at focusing on the legs). In my weight training class, they said if we do leg exercises and work any other muscle groups, it will help those other muscles get bigger faster, as will higher weights and lower reps on those muscles.
Any other product (whether natural or artificial) should only be used if you are diagnosed as deficient in Testosterone by a doctor.
There are some natural herbs and supplements that can help to boost Testosterone, but they are not healthy for people who are still growing (typically considered 18 and under) because their hormones are still on a delicate balance and developing… adding Testosterone that your body isn’t ready for or producing itself could easily give a huge breakout of acne among other negative impacts.
I hope I helped!
