Your supposed to drink lots of green tea- does Arizona count?

Can you answer Bo Harper’s question about Ginseng?:
I love to drink green tea not only because of the health benefits but because of its taste. My question is, does the Arizona brand diet green tea with ginseng work also? I’m not sure I was just wondering if any additions to the drink or the way its made would nix the benefits of regular brewed green tea.

Ginseng Feedback: It’s probably okay but Arizona uses corn syrup as a sweetener and it’s really not that good for you…but I LOVE the green tea with honey and ginseng YUMMY

Ginseng Feedback: it is green tea, its just that arizona adds other ingreadiants to add flavor, so its like adding a pinch of salt to cool aide

Ginseng Feedback: yeah, and it’s like drinking coffee almost. keeps me awake with all the chemicals and stuff (it’s NOT all natural as it claims.. splenda, etc.)
but it’s still good and healthy.
i have get to know about ginseng through my family doctor as he advised me ginseng liquid herb to get lose my weight… But i didn’t know much about ginseng.. Thnx for this helpful informative blog…
