Ginseng Feedback: blood pressure problems are serious and shouldn’t be screwed around with by trying to bottom dollar or sugar coat what your taking.

the effectiveness of a chemical for treating an ailment is not based on what country it came from, nor how long it has been used. you could get much more noticeable results in much lower doses by taking real medicine, without having to worry about all the other chemicals that are in those herbs.

Ginseng Feedback: No Chinese herbs have been shown effective for the treatment of high blood pressure, and some of them may actually worsen it.

If you email me. I’ll send you a power point talk I give on Chinese herbals

There are HUGE problems with them. There is no quality control..so that you don’t even know if you are getting the herb they tell you, or if it is a more or less potent version. There are also lots of problems with contamination and deliberate aldulteration with pharmaceuticals.

If you have high blood pressure, get exercise, lose weight, watch your salt/caffeine and alcohol intake., and see an actual doctor to find out if you also may benefit from a real medication. Hypertension is the leading cause of heart attack and stroke. Don’t mess around with unproven herbs.
