Smart Drinks: Caffeine and Tyrosine Equals Better Performance

Along came a new breed of drinks comprising of caffeine and Tyrosine or Taurine which were classified as “mental alertness” or “neurotransmitter” drinks.
Why are they called neurotransmitter drinks? Tyrosine blocks the release of Tryptophan in your brain, which is the amino acid that gives you the sleepy or sedative feeling during a near-maximal effort, usually after 20 seconds of exertion.
Tryptophan is also found high in turkey meat and warm milk, both of which can make you sleepy after a huge Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. Whether or not it can cross the blood-brain barrier is another open topic for discussion.
Here is a summary of selected drinks to give you energy, stay focused and be mentally awake! They can be consumed by an ordinary office worker, or used as a pre-competition drink to an athlete.

Besides a good fertility increasing supplement, a man has to have a good diet. Diet is the number one thing that men need to pay attention to if they need to increase their fertility and next is supplements. Supplements that contain ginseng. This has proven to increase the sperm count and intensifies the quality of the sperm. Ginseng helps raise the testosterone levels, which is needed for healthy sperm and ejaculation. Another supplement is Vitamin B-12, which can increase the mobility of sperm that is caused by a lack of B-12 in the body.
Other fertility increasing supplements are Vitamin E, Omega fatty acids and zinc. In order to keep the reproductive system in a man healthy and keep sperm production high, Zinc is needed in the diet or in the form of a supplement. Vitamin E helps keep the sperm healthy, which is needed in conjunction with healthy sperm. The Omega fatty acids can help male fertility and improves the fluid membrane of the sperm. These supplements are determined to be necessary if the male fertility is to be healthy and strong to fertilize an egg. The man’s overall health has to be good to have healthy sperm in high numbers.
You can find fertility increasing supplements that are all combined together instead of taking single doses of all the supplements you need. Other supplements that are good for increasing the sperm count and keeping the sperm healthy are Astragalus, Saw palmetto, Selenium, L-carnitine, Coenzyme Q10 and Arginine. As you can see, there are many supplements that can help with male infertility. The thing about supplements is that they can only work properly if taken with a well balanced diet. Pumpkin seeds are a great provider of zinc as a natural way to get the zinc supplement.
There are things to avoid when you are trying to increase the sperm count. Fertility increasing supplements will help with increasing the sperm count and the health of the sperm, but there are things that must be avoided in other for the supplements to keep working. Avoiding alcoholic beverages is one thing that can lower the sperm count and an erection. If you have a healthy lifestyle and use the supplements that increase sperm health and counts, you should have more success with fertility. Fertility does not have to limit you. It can be helped by supplements naturally before anything else is tried.
