Ginseng Feedback: Halls Fruit Breezers Throat drops - come in a blue bag (about 3 bucks for 70 when on sale)
Read the fine print on the back of the bag - the active ingredient should be pectin (same as you make fruit jelly from) - does a wonderful job.

Pectin coats the throat keeps it from getting dry and scratchy and soothes irritation at the same time.

I have the exact same problem (cardiac related aversion to cold meds as well) and they help most the time.
If you cant find those, a pharmacist may be able to help you find another throat drop with Pectin. Dimetapp (the cough med company) makes some bear lollipops for kids throats with it as well.

Ginseng Feedback: Honey and lemon juice, also get that acid reflux checked and get on meds, you can develop throat cancer..

Ginseng Feedback: Hot water with lemon and honey.
There’s also an herbal tea called “Throat Coat” that is really supposed to help.

Ginseng Feedback: Halls Plus cough drops helped a lot. I’d never found a good cough drop until I found those.

Other than that, I recommend sitting in the bathroom with the shower running as hot as it will go, just to breath in some steam. Also use a humidifier when you’re sleeping.

Ginseng Feedback: Yes this herb helps Qi, but if you have already reached physical maturity it will not assit in height gains, only the circulation of Qi. I recommend practicing Tai Chi to keep your posture upright as you age so that you do not loose height. No one herb is the answer it is, as the Masters say, living well.

Ginseng Feedback: Check out your local farmer’s market. There’s normally someone from local government in charge of that and s/he will be able to tell you how to set up a tent to sell your wares.

In my county two cities nearby have their Farmer’sMarket on separate days so that the farmers can sell their goods two days a week.

Once you have a local customer base, your name will spread with your good reputation and you can branch out from there

You will discover that many vendors at Farmer’s Markets sell locally AND via their website.
