What do you know about ‘Tian qi’ ?

First off, it’s a Chinese herb. It’s like a root, like ginseng. And, I’ve heard so many people talk about how it promotes growth and everything, I know about it helping circulation and cardiovascular health and such but I’m looking for more information on it’s thousand-year-old reputation for promoting growth in height. I would like to see this is writing somewhere. If you have any information, tell me about it and link me to a source. Or you can just verify for me that you’ve heard of this too. Thanks.
Don’t be useless and tell me you don’t know. I couldn’t care less whether you know or not. I don’t understand why kids go on here and post unhelpful responses to questions for the two points. If you know something say it. If not, just keep your mouth shut and stop wasting my time.

Ginseng Feedback: Yes it’s a medicine but i forgot for what usage. For sure it’s something good for your body system. safe.
Ginseng Feedback: Yes this herb helps Qi, but if you have already reached physical maturity it will not assit in height gains, only the circulation of Qi. I recommend practicing Tai Chi to keep your posture upright as you age so that you do not loose height. No one herb is the answer it is, as the Masters say, living well.
This is the subject that I have been trying to find more reliable info on. Someone just told me that Tian-Ji will help teenagers to increase their height. My 16 year-old daughter would like to improve her 155cm height. If there is anything useful gathered on your side, please let me know by email. I would be most grateful.
