I have to get acupunture once a week and take chinese herbs twice a day..as well as mixing that with some vitex. could you tell me how effective that is and if u think it’s worth the time and money

Ginseng Feedback: I used to do acupuncture for the pain caused my endometriosis, at first I thought it helped, but after a while the pain came back so I quit doing it. As for the herbs I have never taken those so I don’t know. I would say if you think it is working then continue, but if you can’t tell a difference save your money.
