Ginseng Feedback: yoga is really good. it’s a form of meditation that eases the mind and calms the soul!! I love it! it worked for my dad!

also, talk about your feelings to someone…don’t keep it locked inside! counselor, psychiatrist, friend…anyone.

go on vacation! cancun all-inclusive!! can’t afford it? maybe you can take a trip to a lake nearby and just calm your senses…usually a few days relaxing with NOTHING to worry about helps.

Ginseng Feedback: PTSD has all sorts of implications. Think about the horrors of war, what do you think might happen to you?

Personally, what I do is get a big jump of caffeine and exercise or find hard manual labor to do. I find that this increases my energy level

Ginseng Feedback: i suggest you see a medical doctor and asked to be tested for CFS and lupus and mono. as these are some of the problems i had as well as my two sisters and two aunts, we all have CFS and lupus. depression can also make you very tired, as well as PTS that you mentioned.

Ginseng Feedback: I suffered with Epstein Barr Virus/CFS and practically slept 5 years away until I discovered I had developed alot of food allergies (vinegar, yeast, sugar, MSG, maltodextrin, chocolate, caffeine and some moldy foods like peanuts and mushrooms). I had one infection after another and couldn’t keep my eyes open. When I went on the Candida Diet and purged my system of these toxic foods, my system cleared up and I lost all the weight I had gained (well, almost all). I can eat some of those foods now but not often because if it builds up in my system, I can feel myself going downhill again.

Exercise is a no-no when you are extremely fatigued, as it will only compound the problem. Stress brought my problems on so try to find a way to relieve stress by relaxing a while each day so your body can recover. Yoga might work for you. Just know you aren’t alone. Find a support group so you can talk with others who have the same problem. God bless you ~ hope you can get it under control.

Ginseng Feedback: I helped myself with bee pollen and bee royal jelly. They are both complete foods with the proper ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates to nourish the body. They also have the highest concentration of natural B vitamins that your body needs to produce energy. I prefer to take the fresh and pure bee pollen and royal jelly. That is why I get it from beeroyalproducts.com. They have the purest and freshest I have found.
