Can you answer jlo’s question about Ginseng?:

This herb benefits post-menopausal women, with low levels of Estrogen, which can cause thinning of the hair in women. This herb somehow acts like a replacement for estrogen, helping with this unfortunate/embarrassing side effect. There was a write-up for this herb in the Womens World paper/magazine.

Ginseng Feedback: Publix grocery store has a pretty good list of holistic and homeopathic remedies on their website. and click on Wellness. You can look things up by health condition or herb. They even rate them on a 3 star basis as to whether they work or not.
