I first became aware of Ginseng when reading an article on stress some 10 years ago. The article quoted a very old newspaper article entitled, "Ginseng, an Asian healing plant whose roots were once measured in terms of gold."

The title intrigued me, so I began researching ginseng and its healing properties. I looked for reasons to use ginseng as well as reasons not to use it. After reading all I could and talking to some herbal specialists and medical doctors interested in alternative medicine, I decided to give it a try.

I've learned quite a bit since then and have never looked back on that decision. I'm convinced that ginseng is worth the time and energy I have put into it.
